I threw in my advise on the two questions:
* How is American innovation affecting your community?
* What are the obstacles to innovation that you see in
your community? And what steps can be taken to remove them?
e-Trade and e-commerce is the most prominent product of innovation, and continues to grow.
Obstacles to innovation in my community: I belong to the community of people who are in US on a work visa. Our main obstacle is the US laws themselves, because the present laws forbid us from doing anything on our own. If I wanted to make facebook, US laws would say, hey, go back home and come back on an EB5. Of course, we cant do that. So your laws are being ridiculous

I opened 2 SR 's on my name and 2 on my wife's name, no use at all.I am a july 2nd filer transfered from NSC to CSC, still in CSC only,not transfered back to NSC.

I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. NOW IF I GET FULL TIME JOB WITH OTHER EMPLOYER (other field)AND IF I WORK LESS HOURS (means I get under pay than showed in labor) WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER, WILL I BE IN TROUBLE? Please give me right way.

U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (LPR) of the U.S. who are pre-approved, low-risk travelers are eligible to participate in the Global Entry Program, which allows expedited clearance upon arrival from international travel. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) began their pilot system on June 6, 2009, in seven airport locations throughout the United States. Beginning August 24, 2009, the Global Entry Program will expand the program to include kiosks at 13 additional international U.S. airports including airports in Boston, Massachusetts; Dallas, Texas; Detroit, Michigan; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Honolulu, Hawaii; Las Vegas, Nevada; N.J.; Orlando, Florida; Sanford, Florida; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; San Juan, Puerto Rico; San Francisco, California, and Seattle, Washington.

Last year CIR expired. Yes, senate must pass its own version of the bill. It could be that it will be a very similar to CIR from last year. If only house passes its own bill, and no senate bill is passed, there is no new law. Both chambers must act in order to create a new binding law.

If you wish to travel to England to travel to another destination without going through the Danish border and you have no right to carry in the UK without a visa, you need a direct airside transit visa, unless exemptions they direct airside transit visa. If you are a visa national and you pass through immigration control because you stop in the United Kingdom for over 24 hours you should use a visitor in transit visa.

Does it always go to consular processing for 2nd option?
I was more inclined towards 2nd option thinking that whether or not I get I94, if in case I have to use it, I can make a trip to India and get the stamping done?
